Crossroads Restaurant Group (CRG) was founded by David and Christie Burnett along with Brent and Kathy Gabriel, each who bring decades of combined experience to the restaurant industry. In 2009 the group opened their flagship restaurant, Oswego Grill, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. From opening day, Oswego Grill has been characterized by a commitment to providing "Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price" and has distinguished itself with a culinary focus on scratch-made dishes that feature top-quality steaks, burgers, and fresh seafood, all prepared over custom-built Mesquite and Applewood Hardwood Grills.

Expanding their footprint, CRG has successfully introduced additional locations and innovative concepts such as Oswego Grill in Wilsonville, Beaverton, and Clackamas. Copper River Restaurant and Bar in Hillsboro, and Hop Social Grill in Chandler, Arizona. Throughout the growth of Crossroads Restaurant Group ownership has unwaveringly upheld their dedication to providing an excellent all-around dining experience for their guests.
